Thank you for your interest in the Community Seeds Eco Magazine Internship Program. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and build leadership skills.  This hands-on program is designed to mentor and cultivate today’s young entrepreneurs, sales associates, environmentalists, writers, publishers, editors and journalists. We hope to strengthen their understanding of the grassroots, media, digital and/or home-based business and prepare them for future career opportunities.

Community Seeds Internships are part-time unpaid positions and participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and housing for the duration of the program. Note: Any advertisement sales or sponsorships accrued as a result of interns’ efforts will yield a commission.
Applicants must be:
US Citizens
Eighteen years of age on or before the first day of the internship
Applicants should be able to write and work proficiently in English
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a college, community college, or university (2-4 year institution) or must have graduated in the past two years from undergraduate or graduate school.
A veteran of the United States Armed forces who possesses a high school diploma or its equivalent and has served on active duty at any time over the past two years is eligible.

The Community Seeds Eco Magazine internship program is a part-time program. Interns may chose to put in more hours, leading to full-time internships. Hours may be from home, at events, in the field, at a designated “mobile” office and/or at the Community Seeds Eco Magazine home-based office.

2. To be eligible an applicant must be:
United States citizen
At least 18 years of age on or before the first day of the internship
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a college, community college or university, or graduated 2 years prior.
3. The application packet must be submitted by email or USPS mail.
If parts of the packet are emailed separately, please make sure that the applicant’s name is in the subject line. The email address is:
