I met Lev at the Monterey Bay Aquarium during the 10th Annual Cooking Solutions Show. It is an event devoted to sustainable cuisine and cooking solutions. He had a booth along with 50 to 70 other venders out on the veranda of the aquarium, facing the ocean. It was a beautiful venue and he was a pleasure to speak with.
